ALE back the Rovers ‘big’ kick off!

Rovers ‘homing in’ on the new season

The new football season kicks off in earnest next weekend, and the team at Ainsworth Lord Estates, Darwen’s leading top performing estate agent is backing Rovers to make an instant return to the Premiership!

Booming business

ALE ‘s business has been highly progressive since their New Year move to their prestigious new HQ in Market St in the Darwen Town Centre adjacent to the town centre green with its famous stone Millennium ‘Ball’  and now they have signed on for a valuable promotion at the Rovers’ Ewood Park ground for the new season.

Promotion at Ewood Park

They have taken two promotional pitch boards to extend awareness of the company and its fast growing reputation as one of Darwen’s and indeed the local area’s top performing property agencies.

Disappointed

Says Founder Paul Ainsworth Lord, “We support our local team of course!! We were all very disappointed that they slipped out of the Premiership last season. I think they are making some promising signings, o we here at Ainsworth Lord Estates are hopeful that the Rovers will bounce back to the Premiership at the first attempt next season.

Score updates

Obviously, we are often busy in our offices at weekends as we operate a full weekend service to our customers – but, we’ll be keeping tabs on the results and have the local radio on in our showrooms so we can always give our clients who pop in any requested score updates.

Important

The promotional boards at Ewood I felt were important to us from a business point of view. As well as rating among highest in the Darwen area for general performance andspeed of sale for our clients, we have also this year been winning more and more business in Blackburn too. We are becoming well known now in the  Blackburn area. so we felt a presence with the Rovers for the new season would be ideal way to get us further noticed on the Blackburn property scene.”

Mixed views

But will Rovers clinch promotion straight back to the Premiership- that’s the question?

There’s mixed views about that among the ALE team – but either way all of them will be hoping Rovers make a step back into the big time come next May.

Success for Rovers – and ALE

Adds Paul, “Fingers crossed for the Rovers We’re hoping that by the time they win their promotion that our business here at Ainsworth Lord Estates will have won promotion too as be the best performing property agency for homes sales and rentals in Darwen and parts of Blackburn too – that’s our goal for the new season!

Brighter future

I also hope that all through the Rovers season ahead and beyond, the property market continues to move ahead towards a brighter future – and the same for the Rovers too, of course! ”.
